Situation: Coles Fresh cooling towers requiring safe access to top fans for cleaning and maintenance
The Task: Design, certify, fabricate and supply cooling tower access platforms for four existing cooling towers. 4 meter high in a very confined work area, to create safe access to top of towers for maintenance a cleaning. Supply complete FRP structural frame sections crane lifted into place for installation by Coles contractors.

PULTRUDED FRP:
Selected for its cost-effectiveness, high strength, and lightweight nature.
The corrosion-resistant properties of FRP made it ideal for the cooling tower environment.
CONSOLIDATION OF PARTS:
Designed for efficient assembly, reducing installation time and streamlining the process.
3. COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE:

Each component underwent thorough testing, both in-house and by external professionals,

Result: The complete structure was supplied in 6 pre-fabricated sections for successful installation on Coles Fresh Cooling Tower over 2 weekends
