Situation: Rio Tinto – Boyne Smelters, Gladstone New Bus-Bar Installation
The Task: Design and supply a complete non-conductive pre-assembled fencing system including engineering sign off. The non-conductive fence was made up of 4 major areas that all link together including FRP access gates, 3 x large FRP crossovers and platforms. The fencing panels and fixing into concrete floors required SC-R threaded FRP rods, nuts and custom made washers. Items shipped pre-assembled for easy on-site installation including installation instructions
Certification: Staircare Non-Conductive fencing, crossovers.

Result: The complete design, manufacture and supply process took 8 months from concept to completion. The $427,000.00 project was very successfully completed with time to spare.
